Vintage Invicta S Type Restoration

We are a Vintage Car Restoration business specialising in Vintage Invicta S Type cars, especially pre-war models. We are based on the Berkshire, Hampshire borders in the UK. Along with Invicta restoration we also fully restore Bentley, W.O. Bentley and Lagonda pre-war cars. In addition we also now re-manufacture parts for the Vintage Car industry.

With over 30 years experience in the Vintage Car industry, we specialise in a number of vintage cars. These include The Invicta S Type, Pre-War Bentley (in particular the W.O. 6 1/2), Speed Six Vintage Bentley, and pre-war Lagonda. We also have a very keen interest in 1907 Itala!

Over the last few years we have fully restored a number of Lagonda’s, W.O. 6½ Litre Vintage Bentley’s, Speed Six’s, and Invicta S Type. These restorations have gone on to achieve numerous Rally successes including many “Monte Carlo” Rally wins with Invicta’s. In addition we’ve seen long distance rally success with Lagonda’s and Speed Six Vintage Bentley’s e.g. “London to Cape Town” “Peking to Paris” and more recently “The Bentley Alaskan Tour” with a Speed Six and a 6 1/2 Litre Vintage Bentley.

Other achievements with the Vintage Lagonda, Bentley and Itala Marques include Class wins at “Pebble Beach” with a Speed Six Vintage Bentley and many wins at International Concours d’Elegance events.

Other Vintage Car Restoration Projects - YM 5027 8 Litre Bentley - Originally an H.J Mulliner Limousine.

By the 1950’s it had been cut & shut with a very basic 2 seater body and super charged. Raced by R. Cooper and Peter Morley – “The fastest 8 Litre he every drove”. The next owner was Keith Schellenberg who rebodied the 8 litre and used it to tow the Barnato Hassan to race circuits. He also competed in the London – Sydney Rally in 1969 & the World Cup Rally in 1971. In 2015 it had a new owner. We completely rebuilt it with a new two door sport saloon Gurney Nutting coach work.
